established at 2006 with a capital one Million KD to run the offset program in Kuwait.
My Job responsibilities:
- Supervising the Financial Department.
- Reporter and secretary of the internal auditing committee followed by the top
management.
- Reporter and secretary of purchasing committee.
- Establishing the financial dept.
- Prepared company accountant guide and its documentary circulation.
- Handling all the financial records in daily basis and its consequent as balance sheets,
monthly and quarterly budgets.
- Preparing the estimated budget.
- Preparing and reviewing the salaries and the monthly social security.
- Issuing the monthly, quarterly and annual reports for the followings:
 Monthly, quarterly, semi/annual and annual reports including (financial statues,
incomings and outgoings, cash flow, financial analysts) to the top management
and to the State Audit Bureau.
 Quarterly report to the internal audit committee.
 Quarterly report about the commission law, and copy for to the State Audit
Bureau.
 Semi/annual report to the ministry of finance about the company payments after
reviewing all the related documents from other departments.
 Semi/annual report to Kuwait investment authority about the law number 1 for
year 1993 regarding the public funds protection including detailed statement
about the NOC cash circulation (its investments and cash balance).
