Responsible for directing, maintaining and controlling the business procedures and policies in the aspects of: Financial matters (cash flow, accounting records(books) and system matching the stat and government regulations, departmental budgetary format, capital plan and LICT financial management systems) Procurement (purchase polices, material exit and enter circulation and warehouse keeping procedures both in hard documents and implementing the same on the CMMS System and the in house written procurement program), Operation ( damage procedures both for containers and damaged related to onboard vessel operation); Administration ( the creation of the centralized store and company vehicles handouts and its check list)
Responsible for LICT internal audit division whether to plan, organize and supervise the work of the finance team; thus to recommend and schedule financial, compliance, performance and to establish and implement internal audit policies and procedures; review changes in legal and procedural requirements for fiscal operations affecting auditing processes; develops internal control systems to determine if systems are adequate and in accordance with management policies and procedures; reviews and approves audit findings and final reports; communicates with an responds to the board of directors, LICT CEO, and department management regarding audit findings and recommendations.

Conduct projects and studies requested by the Group Finance and Control Department Head
Office in Marseille on accounting, finances, and tax and cash management.
Interface with local auditors and local financial institutions
Interface with Group’s Departments on financial issues in the region.
Conduct M&A projects in the Region in coordination with Corporate Departments.
Issuing Syrian Branch Financial Position for both ports "Lattakia and Tartous" Including Vessels
Disbursement Accounts both in Estimation and Actual Form, and the Monthly Generated Accounts.
