• Manage the provisioning of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, Local and/or Wide area networks, IT security and telecommunications.
• Responsible for the deployment and technical support of IT systems including servers, operating systems, hardware, and software.
• Troubleshooting employee’s IT network, infrastructure, software and hardware problems to ensure smooth operational efficiency.
• Administers Helpdesk Tracking System through Manage Engine Service Desk Plus.
• Update operational level agreement regularly to ensure that recurring problems are minimized & submit additional reports when requested to facilitate decision making.
• Administers daily backup system (VERITAS Backup EXEC).
• Design, implement, Troubleshoot Microsoft Severs (Active Directory. File Server, Group Policy, WSUS, DNS, and DHCP).
• Administers Microsoft 365 (Exchange, One Drive, SharePoint ...).
• Install, configure, administrate, manage, and support Azure compute instances, Azure Backup, Azure Storage Monitor, snapshot.
• Develop new sites installation plans & Identify IT requirements of the Branches by working closely with the management and understanding their business needs to identify the required budgets, time and resources to satisfy their business needs.
• Continuously research potential technology solutions to support business operations through benchmarking, analyzing, and providing recommendations for the improvement and growth of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
• Manage and collaborate with third party suppliers and ensure that their performance and provision of services and quality are in line with employee expectations to meet or exceed service levels.
• Develop requirements for local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), virtual private networks (VPNs), routers, switches, APs, firewalls and related network devices.
• Configure and install switches, routers, IP Phones, Access points and other network devices.
• Designing and implementing Centralized wireless architecture.
• Monitor Network Performance and performing Regular Preventive Maintenance
• Telecommunication support, manage Cisco CUCM and supporting Lines and Extensions.
• Administers FortiGate firewall and web filter.
• Review and update all IT related documentation (H/W, S/W inventories, network diagrams (physical, logical), vendors list, server configurations, IPs, Ports, …)
• Administers Time Attendance and Access Control software with ZK fingerprint devices.
• Troubleshoot and Administers CCTV Cameras surveillance systems.
• Handle the IT procurement processes to ensure systems availability & update.
• Conduct ongoing IT awareness sessions to ensure the proper use of the IT applications.
• Maintains high level of confidentiality always regarding the entire department and the company related information.
• Prepares and submits monthly and annual reports
