and the second sector (Security Solution as a sole agent in Egypt for Securi corp- England, VIP Alarm-China, Protech-USA).
Throughout those years at the company we achieved target of 9 thousands coronary stents,
rather than PTCA guide wires and PTCA balloons For Cardiac Cath. Lab. Disposables for
Intervention Cardiology.
Sold 50 DC-shock machine and 40 stress test in (BURDICK AND QUINTON CO )
Sold more than 300 ECG machine (INOMMED CO )
including accessories such as ECG cables, spo2 cables.
Sold 3 Daicom systems (MILLENTECH CO ) for Cath Labs.
Sold an electrocardiography equipment to Dar el fouad hospital including accessories and
stimulator ( EP MED )
Preparing maintenance contracts with hospitals.
Good knowledge of MOH Registration for the new medical products,
and its directive 93/42/EEC, country of origin certificate, EC certificate, FDA certificate, ISO, Free sell certificate.
Preparing a business development reports, searching for new products in medical disposable field, choosing the suitable products and represent them to the board
Sold around 3000 security solutions all over Egypt.
During those years we made a lot of good business without any under table payments and we made a good profit and a perfect repetition.
but the instability of the USD value against the EGP value, and the changing of the taxes and sales taxes values all over Egypt and the instability of the rules of import and transferring payments to our agencies and the late payments from our governmental customers cost me most of my profit during those years till now.
That’s why I want to make a career transformation to work as a marketing or sales manager or director in any middle east country with stable rules and economics.
I believe I could make a real improvement in any company that I will join.

• Achievements:
Winning the MOH tenders for building and renewing 114 hospitals
all over Egypt and Wining the International Medical Center tender and Dar El
Fouad Tender.
I was rewarded generously from this company.
Total Sales in Egypt around 1400 Patient monitor with a market share 89%

I was Responsible Of the main frames technical support for all the National Bank
Of Egypt with security level 1 the highest security level in Egypt, I started as a
trainee and they kept me working with them during my study with an equal salary
to the graduated engineer and my training report during this period was kept in the
IBM library for all new customer support engineers to study it before getting in to
the field.
• Achievements:
I created an electronic component service recycling procedure for
Main frames CRT to minimize exchanging damaged CRT from 35% exchange rate
per year to 5% exchange rate per year and my project was awarded from IBM and
they keep on using it till now.
(To maximize the profit and reduce the cost for the customer).
