• Supervising, preparing, following up and upgrading project plan in both Microsoft Project & P3
• Responsible for all construction activities related to Governmental authorities like: Q-Tel & Kahramaa and following up approvals.
• Handling and assisting the company engineering team in verifications with local consultant.
• Participating in the preparation of complex phases of the Project Milestone Schedule, Engineering, Construction Summary Bar Chart and Master Project Schedule.
• Participated in schedule review meetings with client to discuss project status and to assist in developing alternatives to accommodate changes in priorities. •
• Provided supervision and guidance to the Cost and Planning Engineers.
• Monitoring the Sub-Contractors' project controls performance in the area of scheduling, progress monitoring and cost estimation.
• Reviewing budget updates and recommendations for corrective action to assure compliance with project targets.
• Provided timely advice on cost and schedule impact of changes, modifications or alternatives by keeping abreast of engineering, procurement and construction and maintain project trend and change order log.
• Preparing all monthly progress reports, supervising and checking weekly and daily reports to the client.

• Load analysis (AC/DC), Voltage drop calculations. Cables and power sources selection.
• Preparing shop drawings for all electrical systems.
