The proposal is for undertaking the following services, for infrastructure and landscape, for the onshore portion of NIC Ring, Southern Cluster, Highway 55, Hwy 55 temp. diversion, Oxagon Zones A, B, E, F & Southern Wadi diversion.

Services: The Consultant will be required to perform all services associated with the detailed infrastructure and landscape design with the basis of creating BIM Based 3D federated design model including civil works, associated buildings, equipment and operating systems for development to Stage 3D (Tendering Stage and Issued for Construction’ (IFC) Documents).
o MODON Masterplan & Infrastructure Design for Technology Zones Plots
This work order is to perform a master plan and design infrastructure from concept to detailed design for the technology zones plot area as follows
 Al-Janadryyah - Riyadh, with approximate area of 345, 000 sq. m.
Project located in AI-Janadriyyah Area in north-east of Riyadh; it is about 23 kilometers from King Khalid International airport, and 25 km from Riyadh center.
 Al-Dammam, with approximate area 645, 580 sq. m.
Project located in the west side of Al-Dammam; about 23 Km from King Fahd International airport, and 23 km from Al-Dammam center.
 Al-Dhahran, with an approximate area of 685, 500p sq. m.
Project located in the west site of Al-Dammam; about 30 Km from King Fahd International airport, and 20 km from Al-Dammam center
The site will have a technical innovation nature.
The Consultant shall perform 100% complete design work from Pre-Concept Design Stage up to IFT & IFC submittal package. The Consultant's work should be covering the entirety of this Task Order to the extent that the construction contractor shall not need to perform additional engineering design work that is relevant to this Task Order.
The design shall include conceptual design of master planning, site preparation and earthwork, roads, storm water drainage system, potable water system, wastewater system, electrical power, street lighting, telecommunications, CCTV security/surveillance systems, traffic signaling system, and other incidental work.

o JE191558 - Design of Western Roads Line - Gulf of Aqaba to Highway 5, KSA
The project comprises the concept and detailed design of approximately 45km of Road Works and Ancillary works. It consists of dual carriageway with 2 lanes in each direction with median barrier and earth median. The project includes one interchange crossing MOT Highway 5 and four at grade intersections with six major U-Turns. (100 million USD approximate construction cost).
o JE191561 - WESTERN CONSTRUCTION ROADS-LINE CH 44+500 (HIGHWAY 5) TO CH 69 (HIGHWAY8784), KSA
The project comprises the concept and detailed design of approximately 26km of Road Works and Ancillary works. It consists of dual carriageway with 2 lanes in each direction with median barrier and earth median. The project includes one at grade intersection with four major U-Turns. (60 million USD approximate construction cost).
o JE191523 - NEOM Industrial City (NIC)- Area 3, Area 4 and Laydown Area Engineering Design Support Services
The scope of works for the Design Consultants for NEOM Industrial City (NIC) Area 3, Area 4 and Laydown Area Engineering Design Support Services includes the preparation earth work grading and temporary access roads for construction for the above areas
o JE191542-Design Services for NIC Village Early Works & Access Roads
The objective of the project is to prepare the grading of the NIC Village site, in addition to the provision of site accesses according to the NIC Masterplan. The first road access, L-103, will provide access to NIC Village site from highway 5 with a temporary tie-in into this highway.

-New King Abdul-Aziz International Airport (KAIA) Project -
Management and technical consultation services - SAR 30 B
I work with Dar Al-handasah in Jeddah-KSA in New King Abdul-Aziz International Airport (KAIA) in Project management and te chnical consultation services.
Member of Technical Coordination Team of the project.
Lead and Responsible for Airside /Landside transportation competence.
I made geometric design for the revised roads using AutoCAD Civil 3D in accordance with Saudi Highway Design Manual MOT and AASHTO.
Reviewed design drawings and shop drawings for Airside and landside disciplines.
Following up the ongoing roads construction on site and handling the construction errors immediately.
conducted the coordination meetings for Airside/Landside fields.
Made the technical assessment of variation orders that’s received from the contractor in regards of roads network and airfield area.
Introducing/Presenting workshops for functional presentation in Airfield operation and Access Roadways to new Terminal for KAIA departments, Stakeholders and Project staff.
Assisting / coordinating for APM (Automated People Mover), KAIA Airport Master plan with Master Plan consultant Landrum & Brown and Airport Operation Readiness (AOR) team with Landrum & Brown Consultant to facilitate the procedures of Mobilization and Move for Stakeholders from old Airport to New KAIA Airport.
King Abdul-Aziz International Airport (KAIA) is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. KAIA provides a wide range of existing facilities including three parallel runways, multiple terminal buildings/complexes, general aviation facilities, cargo facilities, a military base, and many miscellaneous support facilities. KAIA has embarked on an aggressive growth plan to expand the airport facilities and completely change the way the airport operates. The project calls for development of many new airport facilities across the airfield, but primarily focused between the existing central and eastern runways. Phase 1 of the KAIA Development Project will accommodate 30 million annual passengers and includes a new state of the art terminal facility, multi-modal transportation center, air traffic control tower, multistorey car parking (8209 stalls), mosque ( 3750 prayers), aprons, taxiways and various support facilities including load center, data center, cargo, ground service, general aviation and related infrastructure including utility corridor and utility tunnel around the terminal. The Airfield comprises 46 contact stands and 28 remote stands which can accommodate for 98 aircrafts in the meantime. In addition to landside roads network consists of 40 KM surface roads include new expressway, arterials, collector roads, facilities access roads as well as 12 KM bridges and 3 KM tunnels which include Elevated passenger access road with curbside viaduct on front of the terminal in addition to employee surface car parking (7187 stalls), rental car parking (1222 stalls), long term car parking ( 4344 stalls), taxi waiting area (749 stalls) and bus waiting area (48 stalls).

I followed up the ongoing roads construction projects and handling the construction errors immediately. I made geometric design using AutoCAD Civil 3D in accordance with Saudi Highway Design Manual and AASHTO for the following projects
-Khafji Interchanges in Dammam-Khafji-Kuwait road - Full four clover leafs interchanges Project.I made detailed design for 2 four cloverleaves interchanges at
-Dammam-Khafji-Kuwait road beside multiple high voltage posts, the challenge was to avoid these high voltages posts and make functional layout plan. I managed to make the detailed design for both interchanges.
-Banban interchange Project.
I worked in geometric design of Banban four cloverleaves interchange near Prince Sultan Ben Abdelaziz Humanitarian City
-Upgrading Hufirat - Nisah Road Project.
I worked in upgrading/rehabilitating Hufirat - Nisah Road in Riyadh to be 2 lanes dual carriageway.

I worked in geometric design of roads, highways and airports using AutoCAD Civil 3D / MX Road / Land Desktop and Dar programs in accordance with AASHTO / Saudi Highway Design Manual (MOT) in a lot of projects as follows:
-Autoroute Est-Ouest - East Lot: Pre-Construction Services, Detailed Design Levelling, Execution Drawings and Local Component for contractor (COJAAL), Review of existing designs, for a 235 km of dual 3-lane toll motorway, comprising 19 viaducts and bridges with a total length of 8.15 km, 3 twin-tube tunnels and one cut-and-cover tunnel with a total length of 5 km, 76 overpasses, 32 underpasses, and 450 drainage culverts. I was part of team of two groups. I provided mass haul diagram to assist in planning the excavation and backfilling during the construction works using Land Desktop / AutoCAD.
-Blaise Diagne International Airport in Dakar - Senegal. Landside roads, Concept, preliminary and detailed designs.I made the preliminary design for Landside roads using Land Desktop in accordance with AASHTO.
-Jeddah Ring Road, Saudi Arabia. Alignment selection, topographic survey, preliminary and final designs for an 83 km 4-lane dual carriageway comprising 15 grade separated interchanges and 6 crossing bridges; 2 new link roads with a total length of 18 km with 2 interchanges and 2 bridges; also comprises the improvement of 15 existing interchanges along Airport East Road in Jeddah. I was a member of design team to finalize the geometric design/ signing and road marking in accordance with MOT along with BOQ (Bill Of Quantity) for all items.
-Shuttle Roads between Muna-Muzdalifa-Arafat - Phase 3, Saudi Arabia. I made the geometric design of shuttle roads between Mina - Muzdalifa - Arafat for Iranian and African pilgrims with shuttle buses parking and pedestrian walkways using Land Desktop in accordance with MOT (Ministry Of Transportation ) Highway Manual Design for Saudi Arabia.
-Jamarat Bridge, Saudi Arabia. Detailed design, technical assistance during construction and supervision of construction for a multi-level bridge structure on a site area of 500, 000 m².I designed the profile for the Ramp to Fourth Floor of Jamarat Bridge during construction on site to serve pilgrims in Hajj season
-New Highway Roads in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Corridor selection, preliminary and detailed designs for 459 km of new dual carriageways in 2-4 lanes (speeds up to 120 km/h), 12 wadi bridges, 2 railway crossings, 30 interchanges of various types and 6 camel crossings in addition to the dualing and upgrading of 63.5 km of roads, and all drainage, landscaping and street lighting works. I worked in geometric design of the roads.
-Mediterranean Gate Master Plan, Tunis, Tunisia. Review of the concept master plan, preparation of a detailed master plan, and detailed design for Phase 1 for the creation of a modern mixed-use, large-scale development on a total site area of 996 ha.
I prepared a detailed master plan, and detailed design for Roads network.
-Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) project, Riyadh,
Saudi Arabia SAR 40 B. I was leading the design team to make geometric design of Roads network and peripheral roads for Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University (PNU) area 800 ha, as well as to make detailed design for Anas Bin Malek Road the main access to the university with two interchanges using AutoCAD Civil 3D / MX Road.
-BRT ( Bus Rapid Transit ) in Lagos, Nigeria.I worked in Lagos area office for coordination between design office and the client LAGOS Metropolitan Area of Transport Authority (LAMATA) conducted weekly progress meetings, following up with the local surveyor to conduct the required survey and prepared technical reports from site.

-AL-AUQUILA & AZ-ZOWYTINA ports in LIBYA.
I made the geometric design of roads and port using Land Desktop in accordance with AASHTO and Egyptian Code for Roads.
-Upgrading CAIRO/ALEX./MATROUH Desert road to Free highway LE 2.7 B.
400 KM length with 20 interchanges and service road in both sides of the road. I was group leader of 3 Engineers to produce the geometric design drawings of 400 KM road length with service roads along both sides and 20 interchanges along the road in joint with IBERINSA (SPAINISH CONSULTANT), using Land Desktop in accordance with Egyptian Code for Roads and Highway.

-AL-Futtaim New Cairo Festival City project in phase one earthworks and preparing for infrastructure works.
I made workshop drawings and project progress schedules by primavera. I worked in estimating quantities, making weekly / monthly reports to the Project Manager and preparing invoices.

-Helwan-Elkorimat highway project in Egypt 50 KM
I produced workshop drawings using AutoCAD for road construction, and calculated volume of quantities to assist the Project Manager in estimation for the project planning.

-Cairo International Airport Bridge and its roads project
I worked as roads site engineer in Cairo International Airport Bridge and its roads project. I followed up roads construction layers from subgrade, aggregate base coarse, asphalt wearing coarse and asphalt surface coarse. I handled construction activities from backfilling, excavation, levelling, compaction and pavement.
-Elwahat Elbahriya-Siwah Road project 360 KM
I worked as road site engineer to execute Phase one of the road with length 170 KM.
-Hassan Allam Central Labs
I got a training course in Quality Control Engineering regarding Lab tests for concrete and pavement.
-New Cairo City tunnel project
I worked as Quality Control Engineer I was responsible to do the required lab tests for roads and concrete like proctor test for construction layers of roads for subbase and aggregate base coarse. Lab tests for pavement taking cores and analyze using Marshal Test. Following up concrete pouring on site making slump test, take 9 concrete cubes to break each 3 in lab after 7 /14 /28 days respectively to know the strength quality of concrete.

-A five storey school for Educational Buildings Association in Al-Salam City, Cairo, Egypt.
I had worked as site engineer for constructing a five storey school.
I had followed up all building construction stages from footings, skeleton, building bricks and finishing. I handled construction activities from formworks, reinforcing and casting concrete.

-Roads rehabilitation for Ras Ghareb City at Red Sea Governorate
I worked as road site engineer to rehabilitate internal roads at Ras Ghareb City.

-A five storey school for Educational Buildings Association in Khankah, Qualubia, Egypt.
I had worked as site engineer for constructing a five storey school. I had followed up all building construction stages from footings, skeleton, building bricks and finishing. I handled construction activities from formworks, reinforcing and casting concrete.
