• Conducts mid-year and final appraisals for sales team and provides performance feedback to team members.
• Proposes trainings to develop skills within the team.
Conducts regular training & workshops for all team members.
• Presides weekly sales meetings with the team to receive and give feedback on business
• Encourages international sales team to develop new skills
