o Formulate the market development strategy according to expansion plan

Also in charge of identifying every sales lead and of making the most out of every opportunity to increase revenue and profitability.

• Preparing tailored product and business propositions, description documents and Presentation materials for each product

• Succeeded in Expanding business by reaching out to new customers (Mobile operators , Devices Manufacturers, Digital content and Mobile solutions providers) deploying new services /solutions in Egypt, UAE, Algeria, Iraq, Pakistan, Italy and Palestine
• Successfully added 22 new products to the company portfolio in 2012 exceeding targets and finalizing their commercial agreements with all the partners/vendors
• Developed new products validation process strategy that eliminated redundant processes and improved productivity up to 50%

At the customer center I was responsible for selling Mobinil products and value added services to current and new customers and at the call center I was handling customer’s requests/complaints, escalating and coordinating with relevant back office technical and operations teams.

Joined the assist team, where I have been assigned to assist call center agents having any difficulties/ inquiries regarding new and existing products and services and guiding them by giving proper info and also handling customer’s escalations via phone calls if needed.
