Do all the consolidated financial statements of the group
Inspect all corporate balance sheets as well as their own trial balances (26 companies)
Work restrictions prove the results of the companies of the Holding Company
Analysis of all the Group's investments and prepare reports its own financial analysis
Evaluation of the performance and management of different stocks in banks
Check all accounting entries and entries
Prepare a trial balance
Preparation of budgets and cash budgets
Preparation of monthly and annual Balance sheets of the company
The preparation of financial reports and analysis of the company's performance and the statement of deficiencies and weaknesses to assist top
management in decision-making process
Project Manager (PMP)

Assessment and analysis of corporate performance
Analysis of the consolidated balance sheets and non-consolidated companies
Preparation of returns, and calculating the Zakat
Strong bank negotiating skills and relationships, in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience using Oracle ERP.
• Drive the Budgeting & Balance Scorecard processes (including development as required). Ensure that these processes are used as key tools and progress measuring barometers to support business performance.
• Presenting to the corporate management reports on the company`s general performance.
• Ensure that the decision makers in the company understand the financial implications of the missions they set for their company in a specific period.
• Identify financial and business risk areas. Lead actions to mitigate these risks. Focus areas will include but not be limited to:
• Developing internal control as required by the business and by other interested parties (management; government; internal & external auditors; insources and outsourcers; )
• Developing financial & accounting approaches, policies and procedures (including: Credit; Costing / Management Acct; Transfer Pricing & management; CAPEX; Accounting; Risk Management; controls; budgeting & rolling forecasting) and ensuring their consistent effective and efficient functioning
• Ensuring appropriate depreciation and provision policies are in place and functioning effectively
• Ensuring adequate legal review policies of all contracts are in place and functioning.
• Ensure adequate insurance coverage Participating in negotiations and reviews of all key contracts before finalization
• Ensuring effective compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage cash flow and forecasting; direct all financial, project-based, and departmental accounting.
• Coordinate all audit activities.
• Work with the CEO and HR Manager to develop a budget for HR
