Being a member of the executive management team, Co-lead the establishment of the company strategic objectives, corporate strategies as well as setting implementation programs.
Establish, lead, and monitor the assigned functions of Human Resources management across the regional operations.
Act as Strategic Business Partner to Align the HR strategy as integral part of ASEC business strategy.
Continuous review of corporate structure and benchmarking with market trends.
Lead through objectives group of 5 sub-departments. (HR Operations -Compensation & Benefits - Personnel & Labor Affairs - Training & Development- Administration).
Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development.
Set and implement policies, procedures, and operation manual for HR activities.
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring HR impact on organization.
Manage and develop direct reporting staff. Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
Provide HR services to deferent divisions and business units in various HR functions to ensure the global company policies & procedures is well communicated, explained and applied across MENA Region
