Leading the Talent Management function by designing strategic workforce plan to project talent needs while managing the recruitment & selection function to achieve manpower requirements. Additionally, I'm in charge of the design and implementation of the Talent Development programs, such as: High Potential, Succession Planning, Assessment Centers, and Coaching for Performance.
Oversaw and developed the architecture of the HR function for all the front-line departments, including managing the talent programs, recruitment, performance management, and training and development in alignment with the "Personal Excellence" program.
