- Set yearly sales projections per brand, product line across all sales channels.
- Increase Customers Universe (New, Active, Non-Active & Lost Customers) - set tactical plan to each category.
- Set KPIs for every sales representative in the western region.
- Plan weekly/ daily market visits schedule.
- Manage daily team performance, follow up ordering-taking, entry into the system and invoices issuance.
- Manage and Liaise with central warehouse in Riyadh the delivery plan for each order.
- Conduct market visit to check clients and evaluate product display.
- Plan product knowledge training for staff selling our products - evaluate product display and brand visibility in each point of sale.
- Validate any new customer account opening, make sure that each new client has solid financial standing.
- Conduct daily/weekly meeting with the sales representatives’ team to track the sales/ collection progress and highlight the target vs. actual sales figures.
- Provide monthly analytical report to review every sales channel, identifying fast performers, as well as to propose special end-consumer discount scheme or promotional offer to phase out slow movers.
- Validate A/R statement provided by the Finance department and follow up with the sales team for collection.
- Monitor Area operating expenses and rationalize the expenditures.
- Prepare & submit monthly area sales and KPIs report, propose and take corrective actions
