•Handling Engineering, Procurement and Construction for the MEP package in the project including the following systems.
•Electrical power, lighting systems CCTV, Access Control System, Audio/ Video Intercom, Buried Intrusion Detection System, Boundary Wall Intrusion Detection System, Road Blockers, Tire Killers, Hydraulic Rising Bollards, Gate Barriers, UVIS
•Low current systems including CCTV, Access Control System, Audio/ Video Intercom, Buried Intrusion Detection System, Boundary Wall Intrusion Detection System, Road Blockers, Tire Killers, Hydraulic Rising Bollards, Gate Barriers, UVIS, Fire Alarm system and Public Address System, BMS, ICT (Data, IP Telephone, WIFI, DAS), Audio Visual System, IPTV, Queuing System, Master Clock System and Digital Signage System and SCADA System .
•HVAC systems including Ductable Dx- Package units, AHU's, FCU's, Exhaust & Fresh air Fans
•Plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, pumps, sanitary wares, sanitary fixtures, STP System & Lifting Stations.
•Fire fighting systems including sprinkler system & fire suppression system.
•Irrigation System including Piping network & Pumps.
•Elevator System.
Scheduled utility service providers according to project timelines.
•Conducted routine quality audits to verify progression against specifications and initiated corrective actions to remedy concerns.

Execution, Testing and Commissioning of MEP Installations.
•Developing the program of work and strategy for executing the works
•Provides day to day direction and works with staff to ensure a high performance, Customer service oriented work environment that supports achieving the department's mission, strategic plan, objectives and values.
•Under the direction of the project manager monitors and endorses the works of subcontractors in the planning, supervision and reviewing work of contract service to ensure timeliness, quality and consistency od such work and adherence to contract .also to develop detailed work schedules and make work assignments to engineering techniques, establish priorities, reviews and adjusts schedules to meet projects requirement .
•Monitors and endorses the work completed by the subcontractors on the developments of the construction contract package (MEP aspects of technical design, drawings and specifications estimate and project budget and job scheduling.
•Ensures that Subcontractors comply with fire, safety, handicap and environmental codes and regulations.
•Inspects safety aspects of jobs in progress; encourage Subcontractor to observe applicable safety rules and regulations.
•Determines changes to contract, collects data and makes recommendation to Project Manager on budget requirements, work progress, milestones achieved and recommend operational budgets, expenditure and claims of the Subcontractors.
•Assists the Project Manager to manage the project files. This will include as-built drawings, design data, project contracts, specifications and drawing submittals etc.
•Reviews logs and records of work performed in relation to construction management activities.
•Manages preparation of periodic and special reports as required.
•Reviews accuracy of reports of contract work and other assigned activities, review progress, performance and completion of reports, purchase requests, requisitions, and reports of claims.
•Assists the Project Manager where required to approve payments and reimbursements in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
•Payment and reimbursements will be forwarded to Controls Department for final payment.
•Forward thinking and programming to prevent problems on site before they occur and planning the Delivery, Storage, Logistics and Installation of Equipment and materials on site.
•Attending regular meetings on work progress, coordination, design, etc.) With Consultant to discuss key issues related to the project and take effective corrective actions.
•Monitoring project budgets and schedule and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project execution.
•Coordinate with the design team on all aspects of the design.
•Prepare periodic reports for management including status of budgets, variance/change claims, schedules, disputes, up-coming activities & safety records.
•Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications, Contract Drawings & BOQ.
•Ensure that the health and safety requirements are provided and that they comply with authorities regulations.
•Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete project team.
•Analyze drawings, specifications and statements of work in the preparation of activity networks for project resource planning and scheduling.
•Prepare program master schedule and performs critical path analysis.
•Prepare plans and schedules, status reports and performance evaluation.
•Provide program planning capabilities including interfaces and risks analysis.
•Establish and monitor program and project controls KPI's.
•Ensure program policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
•Develop Action and Recovery plans to support program delivery on time.
Execution, monitoring and handover the MEP installations.
•Regularly making safety inspections of the site when the works are in progress to ensure that regulations relating to health safety and the environment (HSE) are being followed.
•Communicating with all stakeholders within my own organization and also including the client, subcontractors, suppliers, the general public and the Civil Defense Authority.
•Field design work including preparing the workschedules and material take-offs.
•Analyze and interpret test information to resolve design-related problems.
•Reviewing shop drawings, contractual conditions and the construction works.
•Provide technical assistance and resolution when engineering problems are encountered before, during, and after construction.
•Perform supervisory duties such as recommending work assignments, approving leaves and completing performance evaluations.
•Responsible for the closing of the project and covering all the comments of the owner and operating team.
•Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.
•Resolving technical issues with employer's representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
•Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
•Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
•Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.
•Preparing reports as required.
•Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
•Conduct regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors.
