•Conduct morning walk throughout with cleaning crew.
•Respond immediately to maintenance or cleanliness problems throughout each shift.

•Conduct staff evaluation and salary recommendations and submit to Business Manager.
•Submit completed management evaluation to General Manager.
•Properly represent the restaurant in all dealings with the public and our guests.
•Inform Business Manager of any situation that may adversely affect the ongoing day to day or long term operations of the restaurant.
•Immediately communicates to staff any changes in policy or procedure and any directives from the Business Manager.

Overall responsible for Restaurant performance. Seeks opportunities to increase sales through suggestive selling.
•Manages appropriate inventory and cost of goods control completing daily / weekly / monthly sales reports.
•Procedure is handled with accuracy and as per company policy. Ensures cash handling and till point
•Initiates / develops ideas to increase sales
- Ensures food meets corporate specifications on presentation and recipe.
- Ensures food is served on a timely as franchise/ restaurant requirements.
- Ensure all stations are properly stocked throughout the shift.
•Ensure staffs adhere to their department service durations bartender acknowledges guest within one minute, etc.
•Decides assignment/ activity of staff. Recommends /directs staff to keep up/improve standards.
•Actively coach and direct staff throughout each shift and use contact sheet daily.
Demonstrate knowledge of the International payment process market to provide relevant solutions to clients.
Establish, secure, and manage new customer relationships with potential clients, via both direct and indirect routes to market
Exceed agreed revenue targets
Assist support functions in providing quality lead generation & appointments
Develops a sales strategy and develops a business plan for the organization.
- Prepares a plan of execution for a team to achieve profit targets.
- Provide feedback to superior authorities on a regular basis.
- Study the market and initiate new projects.
- Study the competition and come up with an effective plan.
- Maintain a precise record of all prices, sales and activity reports.
