• Follow the LBU health & safety rules.
• Having the responsibility of the different service activities of Instrumentation & Process Analytics within the different market segments.
• Serve customers, providing the optimum solution and ensuring the equipment running properly as per customer expectations.
• Recommending and preparing of spare parts list based on installed base.
• Perform the optimum commissioning & Start-up, service and site training of Process Analytics devices and systems.
• Maintain, rehab and doing the optimum troubleshooting and site training of field instrumentation (Flow, Pressure, Level and Temperature measurements) and process analyzers.
• Keeping customers satisfied of the provided services and acting immediately to serve the customers.
• Regularly updating the installed base using ABB tools (ServIS).
• Perform commissioning activities, loop checking and function testing of all field instruments, and control systems to ensure that all instrument checks and tests are conducted prior to the operating test.
• Responsible in maintain & keep updating the Master Punch List of each System.
• Assist start-up and operation activities, including troubleshooting and function test of instruments.
• Perform Calibration & loop test for all instruments and control valves using HART communicator.
• Work on Rosemount Instruments “ Pressure, DP Flow, DP Level, Radar Level, Mass Flow Meter, Magnetic Flow Meter, Magnetic Level Indicator, Temperature, PH Analyzer …..etc”.
• Calibration and Maintenance of Fisher Control Valves actuators with DVC 6200 Positioner.
• Calibration and Maintenance of ServoMex “Spectraexact 2500” Moisture Analyzers.
• Lead a Shift Team of 8 Engineers and 8 Technicians.
•Perform all signal and loop tests for all instruments and control valves using HART communicator.
•Witness and verify all Instrument mechanical completion activities performed by the Construction Contractor.
•Execute all Instruments pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities in accordance with the commissioning procedures and commissioning and start-up schedule.
•Assist Vendor in SAT/ Loop testing and functional testing and their commissioning activities.
• Responsible for the monitoring of subcontractor works including issuance of instrument materials during installation.
• Update the progress of instrumentation works done by subcontractor.
• Decide as built Instrumentation installation works as per design standard specification.
• Prepare and check the latest revision of all instrumentation drawing related to construction activity.
• Anticipates all the problems that may occur during the instrument installations especially issuance of materials and make sure that all are available in terms of completion schedule of the priority system.
• Checks & supervises the quality of instrumentation erection works done by the subcontractor & make sure that they are following as per project specifications & IFC drawing.
• Responsible for the clearing of punch items.
•Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans according to Maintenance Policy.
•Perform electrical & instrumentation preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the best cost while maintaining high safety and reliability performances.
•Develop and implement work related work instructions and maintenance standard procedures and tools.
•Organize, supervise and control group of senior engineers and technicians.
•Design all control algorithms required in DCS and local control panels.
•Ensure accurate and reliable work records and keep technical documentation up to date.
•Ensure appropriate management of spare parts stock.
-Troubleshoot and Repair as quick as possible all Instruments on Cement Plant to maintain a high level of production.
-Make maintenance and calibration of any process instrument loops such as (Vibration, Temperature, Pressure, Speed, Position, Flow, …etc).
-Issue the maintenance job plans for all (instruments, control panels, Gas Analyzers, …etc).
-Lead a group of technicians in executing the preventive maintenance plans during shutdowns.
-Troubleshoot and Program PLCs like (Siemens S7-200, S7-300, S7-400, Wago, Zelio and Beckhoff) in a profibus network.
-Work on FLSmidth ECS System (Expert Control System).
-Troubleshoot and Calibrate FLSmidth Pfister Weigh Feeders.
-Following up Preventive Maintenance programs in MAXIMO software.
-Participate in an Audit mission at Al Jouf Cement Plant (Saudi Arabia).
-Participate in the commissioning of "New Rock Phosphate Terminal" (Aqaba - Jordan).
-Have a delegation as Control Section Head during the absence of my Section Head.
-Troubleshoot and Repair as quick as possible all Instruments on Cement Plant to maintain a high level of production.
-Make maintenance and calibration of any process instrument loops and its control system (PID) such as (Vibration, Temperature, Pressure, Speed, Position, Flow, …etc).
-Troubleshoot and Program different types of PLCs like (ABB AC800M, Allen Bradley SLC500, Procontic CS31 & Procontic DP800).
-Work on ABB DCS System (Industrial IT System 800xA ).
-Work on sub control panels like (MCCs, Calciner Panels, Shock Blasters Panels, …etc).
-Work on different types of AC Drives like (ABB ACS800 & Vacon) Drives.
-Work on different types of weigh feeders from Schenck company like (Intecont Plus, Multicont, Microcont & Analog Panels).
-Calibrate and Troubleshoot different types of damper actuators like (Auma & Bernard).
-Following up Preventive Maintenance program in SAP.
-Distribute Maintenance activities on technicians in planned shutdowns.
-Following up Work orders/requisitions/spare parts.
-Participate in overhaul missions abroad (Zahana&Meftah Cement Plants at Algeria).

Job Description:
Design a fully functional control system that includes controllers, various communications devices and the full complement of operational software necessary to have a fully functioning control system (control & monitoring) for all Electrical, HVAC, Light current and plumbing equipments in the buildings.
