Implementing New Core Banking Application / FINACLE Core Banking System, as well as Creating / Build New Team for Internet Banking Solutions
- Lead Functional & Technical Teams of Infosys & Egabi Solution for Banking Domain (E-Banking, Mobile Banking, E-Payment, Treasury, Investment, CRM & Cards Systems)
- Gathering & Analyzing the Business Requirements.
- Provide Inputs to the Team in-Order to Improve the Test Processes.
- Design and Build Product Deliverables According to Specifications.
- Provide On-Site Technical & Business Support as well as Problem Resolution (On-Phone, E-mail, Remotely and In-person).
- Arrange with Development to Resolve Raised Issues within the Agreed SLA Timelines & Update the Service Management System for Tracking, Analyzing and Reporting Purposes.
- Gathering the Requirements / Change Requests between the Bank & Concerned Vendors.
- Perform Many Types of Testing for E-Banking, E-Payment and Mobile Banking Applications.
- Create the Master Test Plan and/or the Project Plan with Bank Project Manager.
- Report Defects / Test Results to the Stakeholders & Re-test Resolved Defects.
- Guide Business Users in UAT Process &
- Perform Users Training for any New Item / Module.
- Perform Users Training & Providing Clarifications for all Business & Technical Issues.
- Go-through the Software Requirements & Get any Required Clarifications on One’s Doubt.
- Support Deployment of Process Enhancements by Working with Business Data Collection and Training Key Users on New Functionality / Product or module.

- Maintain\handle all applications related issues for the following systems, such PHX - Core Banking, TW- Trade Finance, IBS - Islamic Loans, GFS -Teller system, IFX- Middleware, Internet Banking, Global Position system, etc.\]
- Provide First Line Support to Users by Providing Analysis and Resolution for Routine Operational Application Issues.
- Provide the suitable solutions for any application issue within the agreed on SLA and based on the criticality of the issue.
- Perform Applications Users Training & Provide Consultation for all Business Issues.
- Responsible to Perform Full Test Cycles Before Launch any New Release, Version or New System on Production Environments.
- Design / Create & Review Product Change Requests.
- Communicate Vendors to Ensure that the Master Plan Going-on the Right Track.
- Support Deployment of Process Enhancements by Working with Business Data Collection and Training Key Users on New Functionality / Product or module.
- Support for Assigned Issues Occurred in All Bank Application / Systems.
- Excellent Requirements Analysis & Design for Any New Item, Product or/and Project
- Review & Performing Accounting Entries Reconciliations Reports.
- Create Reports for All Concerned Departments, MIS and Crystal Reports.
- Excellent Understanding of Current Technologies, Techniques & Methodologies in-order to Help in Project Procedures.

- Proficiency in Performance Tuning, Data Replication & Encryption.
- Write SQL Scripts & Stored-Procedures to Support and Validate.
- Elicit Requirements using Document Analysis, Surveys, Business Process Descriptions, Use-cases, Scenarios, Event Lists, Business Analysis, Competitive Product Analysis, and Workflow Analysis.
- Define Quality Traits under Standard International Business Operation (CMMI5), External Interfaces, Constraints & Other Non-Functional Requirements.
- Lead Requirements Analysis & Verification to be Complete, Consistent, and Comprehensible,
- Participate in Requirements Prioritization, Peer-Reviews & Inspections of Requirements Documents.
- Manage Requirements, Trace-Ability Matrix Information & Track Requirements Status Throughout the Project.
- Work with Project Team Leads and Solution Designers to Review the Testing Requirements
- Execute Formal System Verification and Validation
- Evaluate and Report Test Results, to Track & Follow Up the Occurred Defects / Bugs and Fixes with the Concerned Team/s and to Escalate to the Management In Proper Time and Context.
- Understand Master Test Plan and/or the Project Plan to Create & Assist in Creating Test Team Plan.
- Create & Assist in creating assigned Test Automation Scripts.

- Reply to Returned Bug Reports & Re-test Resolved Defects.

- Work with project team leads and solution designers to review the testing requirements
- Execute Formal System Verification and Validation.
- Setup the Required Test Beds (Hardware, Software and Network)
- Evaluate and Report Test Results to Track & follow up the Occurred Defects / Bugs and Fixes with the Concerned Team and to Escalate to the Management in Proper Time and Context.
- Understand Master Test Plan and/or Project Plan to Create & Assist in Creating Own & Team Plans.
- Create & Assist in Creating Assigned Test Automation Scripts.
