 Source, interview, identify and recruit suitable candidates for all job categories / levels according to company procedures, agreed time levels and budgets.

 Manage Medical & life insurance program/ budget and negotiate with service providers aimed at cost optimization.
 Coordinated with the senior leadership team of medical carrier in resolution of conflicts/ issues. Negotiate and finalize agreement with Medical Insurance service providers as per prices and network.
 Submit employees' medical claims to the service providers to obtain pre-approvals or reimbursements.
 Maintain / modify projects benefits and allowances for staff working on sites.
 Management of employees’ life insurance (demised and disability cases).
