Oversaw commercial and financial due diligence operations pertaining for evaluation of M&A acquisition targets. Created and delivered analytical reporting platform for implementation of an ERP Microsoft Navision. Generated annual media group consolidated financial reports and forwarded final statements to senior manager. Built the treasury function and implemented cyclical forecasting of cash flow as a stress test. Recognized for key contribution in restructuring of defaulted debt positions with local banks and suppliers of media assets. Conceptualised internal growth transformation plans and revamped corporate governance for the Asia Pacific group.
