• Manage the full HR operations for the company assisted by one HR assistant.
• Handle the full recruitment process for the qualification of skilled candidates in the IT, Telecom, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Retail, Construction, Engineering & Oil and Gas levels positions by sourcing using internet searches followed by phone screening, negotiating compensation packages and closing candidates in on salaries in accordance with client requirements.
