Working on Microsoft Dynamic Great Plains (GP).
* Analyze, Audit, book, Pay and reconcile AP (Accounts Payables).
* Auditing and reporting bank transactions and make reconciliation including all transactions.
* Conduct accounting activities on day-to-day basis, and during monthly / quarterly / yearly closing.
* Ensuring that all accounting entries are kept up-dated to reflect all the transactions of the business,
including all reconciliations with banks, debtors, creditors and principals.
* Post all transactions to general ledger account after auditing it financially and issuing reports required.
* Account Receivables and Account Payables aging report feed to HQ's and collection and payables
department.
* Prepare and process monthly Payroll and employees benefits.
* Ensure the smooth operations of the accounting processes; Treasury, GL, AR, AP, Payroll, closing and
reporting etc.
* Implement budget and forecast preparation schedule by collecting relevant business data and
projections from the line departments and provide relevant analyses and feedback to enable finalization
of the budget and forecast proposals and all related reports including profit & loss, balance sheet and
cash flow statements.
* Exercise budgetary controls, accounting & physical controls.
* Finalization of annual Financial Statements of the Company, organizing and coordinating internal and
external audits, reviewing and implementing recommendations.
* Follow and implement internal controls to prevent new account reconciliation issues from developing.
