•PwC Central Cluster FY13 “Researcher of the Year Award” winner (EMEIA)
•Act as the deputy manager for the KnowledgeLink team that provides knowledge management and desk research services to PwC firms across Central Cluster territories.
•Lead research teams in Poland and India by assigning tasks and providing guidance to the researchers in using PwC internal and external secondary information sources.
•Provide Knowledge support to Central Cluster-based Advisory partners and practitioners, and acting as knowledge broker connecting staff to appropriate experts and internal/external information sources.
•Refer enquiries to Knowledge Managers (e.g. Network, Industry, Territory) and Subject Matter Experts/Champions where appropriate, and monitor progress to ensure relevant answers are obtained.
•Work closely with other members of the Advisory and Industry Central Cluster Knowledge Management team to deliver knowledge services and ensure that Advisory knowledge needs are addressed.
•Develop marketing and communications materials to promote knowledge management resources in Eurofirms.
•Work with the Advisory Knowledge Management Leaders to develop a strategy for the continuous improvement of Help Desk services.
•Network with the Advisory Network, Industry Knowledge Management team to leverage distributed resources across Advisory.
•Network with the local and regional Research and Knowledge Management community.
•Being the point person for selected local Advisory KM Leaders and Research units for KnowledgeLink in the Central Cluster.
•Provide support for building knowledge networks to bring staff with specific interests, skills and experience together to share knowledge.
•Being an expert on KM solutions and provide first-line application support to Advisory partners & practitioners in the use and maintenance of all consistent KM solutions in Advisory related knowledge management resources.
•Serve as a consultant in the design and implementation of knowledge management tools.
•Handled the process of continuous business reporting to Duravit's headquarters in Germany.
•Contributed to the external communication towards clients with the project sales team leader.
•Had a monitory role in Duravit's division for project based sales transactions.
•Took responsibility for constructing a comprehensive database for accomplished and ongoing projects
•Followed-up the daily progress of the sales personnel with potential and current clients.
•Took the responsibility of handling software localization projects for major clients in the IT industry.
