3. Conduct training agronomical programs for the farm team.
4. Conducting follow-up for the crops status and agriculture operations program.
5. Provide periodic reports on the technical status of crops and their development.
6. Hold a monthly meeting with the company's management to present the position of all crops and recommendations.
Second: Operational Services:
1. Prepare a seasonal / annual plan for agricultural operations for all crops.
2. Prepare a plan for the required manpower for all crops and operations.
3. Contribution to the preparation of the general budget for agricultural production regards the raw materials & agricultural operations cost, and monitor the supply process from the technical side.
4. Conducting follow-up monthly / periodical visits to follow up operations progress and updates.
5. Holding a monthly meeting with the management of the company to present the operational position of agricultural production.
