• As part of my role, I keep a close eye on the performance of our systems and analyze the requirements of each department that uses them.
• From there, I develop plans to address any needs or concerns that arise.
• Additionally, I assess the technical and economic feasibility of potential solutions, updates, and enhancements, and determine the necessary specifications for each.
• I work with the IT manager to develop proposals and procedures for management.
• I am responsible for copying and securing saved information to ensure its integrity.
• I also follow up on maintenance operations and provide recommendations for possible solutions.
• I evaluate the efficiency of the applied system and assess its status and applications to meet the group's needs.
• Additionally, I execute preventive maintenance plans for computers and programs in the group.
• I assist with communications between the group's sites.

• I provide technical support to the departments and assist in developing plans for the organizational structure, a plan for workers in the field of work, and a special job description.
• Administering and troubleshooting PC software and hardware, including Windows recovery and backup.
• I am also equipped to handle administering and troubleshooting Windows Server 2012/2016 and the Kaspersky Center server.
