- Occupational safety and health Office.
- Environmental approval for the plant establishment and operation.
Recognize the Risks in the work environment
Recognize any deficiencies or defects in safety systems and make sure to fix these deficiencies or defects
4- Ensure that the provision of safety equipment and installations at work
5- Ensure for providing all the personal protection equipment at work
6- Ensure that the risk assessment and mitigation procedures are completed for all types of business
7- Ensure that the implementation of the safety policy is established by the facility
8- Ensure that new workers are trained in the basics of safety for the work assigned to them
9- Creating HSE policy concerning awareness of safety & health professional among workers using signs
and succession.
10- Preparing of the annual need’s plans of the PPE of for workers according to the technical
specifications
11- Participation in committee’s disclosure of specifications of clothes and shoes safety for
workers to limit both and are separately
12- Examining the places of accidents and fires, write reports about its causes and ways to avoid
them, and submit the necessary proposals to prevent this from happening again
13- Recording, monitoring and analysis of accidents and injuries at work and work on procedures
for corrective and follow - up
14- Participation with technical sections in determining the cause and the extent of the seriousness of
the injuries, and work to avoid them
15- Preparing company's internal records including the work injury record, submitting reports for
police and completing the procedures
