• Design report forms of all sorts as required for progress reports on all aspects of the project and prepare and issue daily, weekly, monthly reports.
• Update the overall programs. Prepare in conjunction with the concerned staff the detailed short-term working programs as necessary, accentuating any revision in the sequences of duration of activities arising from enforced changes being made to the overall program.
• Prepare programs as required prior to the letting of sub-contracts to arrange continuity of work for the sub-contractor at the least cost to the project.
• Issue necessary programs to sub-contractors on site and check to ensure that their activities are kept in line with contract requirements and to ensure optimum interrelations with other activities of the project.
• Prepare and update labour and equipment resource programs showing the work force and equipment required for each direct trade, and for major sub-contractors when applicable.
• Prepare invoices based on approved invoicing format corresponding to the project
• Monitor and update existing material and equipment schedules and obtain updated delivery information from the relevant departments.
