• Involved in design and enhancement of ITS template to add an icon and BHTML modification for the Shopping basket Copy functionality. This is a major ITS enhancement to provide the user to create a Shopping Basket with reference to a previous Shopping Basket.

• Analyzed the approval process for shopping cart in the SRM system including business flow, organization units and approval procedures.

Responsibilities/Deliverables:
• Created an Interactive Report for displaying vendor information. Based on the selection made the corresponding Vendor Bank Details are listed such that the line selected in the basic list was visible along with the secondary list.
• Developed BDC programs for SD module to upload Scheduling agreement record from Flat file and handle the error.
• Developed BDC programs for PM module to upload Equipment details from Flat file and handle the error.
• Created reports to retrieve PM Notifications according to the Date or within the date range entered. From the report the user can click on Order number or Equipment to display the record using standard SAP Functions.
ALE
• Involved in configuring the ALE for Distributing Master Data. Worked with the ALE team on the sending systems to create the distribution model.
• Responsible for configuring the ALE interface for distribution of Material Master and Customer Master Data using both Stand Alone programs and using concept of Change Pointers to trigger the ALE outbound process.
• Performed the sanity tests for both outbound and inbound process, such as testing the technical consistency of the distribution model, testing the partner profiles and RFC destination.

• Created report for listing the material at a particular plant and when any material is selected the corresponding inventory level of that material at that particular plant is listed.
• Developed BDC programs for MM module to upload Scheduling Agreement from Flat file and handle the error.
• Modified layouts for Invoice based on the standard layout set. This was done to remove the customer article number from the main layout and also resizing the main window as per requirement.
