Ensure performances of employees and the completion of tasks on a daily bases
-Coordinate between suppliers and sales employees in order to ensure that the flow of work is smooth and increase sales and overall performance of the company
-Solve any disputes that arise within the company between different departments
-Delegate duties to responsible people in order to full attention to each different operation and manage all the details
-Approve expenses and manage budget for operations, including approval of purchase orders and vendor pricing
-Studies and maintains local, state and federal regulatory compliance
-Prepared and interpreted the actual monthly financial statements, forecasts, budgets and 5-year plans and reviewed the balance sheet reconciliations
-Prepare, maintain and develop the corporate section of policies and procedures
-Manage and coordinates the inventory of $1, 000, 000 USD stock to satisfy customers demand
-Prepare monthly sales and purchasing reports required by the company’s owner and provide statistics for company performance
