-Ensuring deadlines are met.
-Prepare, plan and manage of all publicity material to maximize brand promotion.
-Generating new business both in face to face meetings and over the phone.
-Replying to all customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
-Promote the company brand to key buyers, ensuring their knowledge is current and appropriate.
-Developing and maintaining a database of all contacts.
-Procuring new clients through direct contact and collaboration with the marketing department.
-Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients.
-Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
-Reviewing client’s feedback and implementing necessary changes.
-Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
