Duties and Responsibilities:
Radiographic testing film interpretation (RTFI) based on API 650, AWS D1.1, ASME Sec IX, ASME B31.3, API 650 Tank and ASME Section VIII for Welder Qualification, Structural, Process Piping and Pressure Vessels &Tanks respectively.
Performs inspection test and witness test as required.
Updating and Monitoring NDE status through CIMS software (Construction Integrated Management System).
Expediting and Monitoring NDEs to fulfill Client Specification requirements.
Verification of the reports quality records submitted by the sub-contractor in compliance to procedures.
Conduct inspection in accordance with the procedure and relevant ITP.
Prepared the quality inspection documents as per required in Inspection and Test Plan and project specification.
Air leak test of nozzle weld to shell, nozzle weld to roof and reinforcing pad.
Liquid Penetrant leak test of annular to shell (corner) and sum plate initial weld.
Oil leak test of annular to inner shell, outer shell (corner) and sump plate initial weld.
Vacuum box testing of roof plates weld joints, bottom plate weld joints and annular to bottom plate lap fillet weld.
Liquid Penetrant testing of Rim angel, Horizontal and Vertical after back gouging and grinding, and PT shell to bottom before and after PWHT.
Magnetic Particle of shell nozzles, ground portion after removal temporary attachment inner and outer shell, and transmitter pipe assembly for tank.
Hardness testing weld and HAZ for tank.
Ultrasonic thickness measurement for base line of tank after PWHT.
Raise Site Observation Reports and Non-Conformance Reports if required.
Coordination with Client and Subcontractors.
Maintain close working relationship with Client Representatives.
Develops special Quality Assurance and Quality Controls procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
