Trainee - Accounts Payable Invoice Processing

• Work in collaboration with teams in Spain and Netherlands
• Process invoices using SAP-based applications like MMS-IC
• Work on data recording using OCR-Production software in Citrix environment
• Create process specific documents using Datango
• Handle claims and repayments
• Interact with clients on a daily basis for updating and reporting purpose
• Perform acting team lead activities such as reporting and allocation
• Train team members on invoice processing techniques
