The mediator's job is still new in Romania and still incomprehensible to most of those who have to deal with justice, they do not understand that through mediation they save time, money and have a solution that is mutually beneficial to both parties involved in various conflicts
I was the General Manager of the publishing company of newspaper Republicanul.
During the period I was working as general manager I paid special attention to the health and safety of our employees.
Main activities:
Safe supervision of personnel.
Assisting in implementing policies and procedures set forth by the management system manual.
Hold weekly safety meetings, and summarize in general the safety performance over the previous week.
Analyse the problems put forward, and to provide preventive methods for correcting them and to supervise the work.
Plan the following week’s safety requirements to be carried out, and record it.
From this position I had to take care of the newspaper image on the local and national market by creating awareness campaign.
I also had the responsibilities to make advertising offers to newspaper clients and to future clients who wanted to advertise in the newspaper.
PPR Romedia was a kind of a trade union who wanted to promote the advantage of the local media instead of the national media
This job was a kind of an internship collaboration according to my engineering diploma.
I was part of the team that had to implement the SCADA project for the transport of finished petroleum
products through pipelines.
