Job Responsibilities
• Rate request
• Negotiate with shipping lines and forwarders to achieve the best Price & service.
• Booking order
• Follow up with supplier on production process & cargo ready date.
• Prepare & implement shipping schedule
• Handling orders to assure on time delivery
• Provide timely updates to client and concerned on all shipments
• Insure the cargo
• Responsible of Issuing documents (invoice, packing list, Co and other certifications if needed)
• Clearance instructions as per each country’s regulations
• Handling the clearance & delivery to client’s warehouse
Job Duties
• Providing timely and insightful analysis of current performance: sales analysis, depletion reports, stock levels
• Responsible for markets logistics: customer orders, pro-forma invoices control, orders production, shipments and delivery to customers
• Responsible for financial follow up & control
• Responsible for markets logistics
• Submitting the forecast of all brands liaising with supply & the customers.
• Head the relationship with the customers-managing end to end processes with customers/agents/distributors, including interface with internal colleagues- finance/supply
• Ensuring delivery of shipments to documentation to handling labeling to meet market and customer needs
• Ensure delivery of volume/space/visibility targets
• Working with Marketing team to implement activity plans for custom

Job Profile:
Manage the different aspects of the supply chain (including sourcing, purchasing, transport, warehousing and distribution)
Work closely with suppliers and customers to improve operations and reduce cost
Handles purchasing and shipping of FMCG products from requesting quotations through inspection and clearance up to follow up and delivery of goods
Working knowledge of food hygiene, temperature control and food safety standards.
Conduct research and negotiation with new suppliers
Handling the price tables of several products on the stock exchange of origin markets
Forecast sales and conduct analysis on prices, average sales, and profit for FMCG products in the destination market
Updating the tracking sheet and handling the statistics table of exports analysis
Follow-up on all documentation and logistics related to purchasing and shipping of goods such as proforma invoices, inspection and clearance documents, bill of lading, and letter of indemnity
Coordinate with Finance department on supplier payments
Handle compensation claims and follow - up on credit note with suppliers in case of damaged goods
