Data analysis on PO summarization, Inventory & OTIF.
Servicing orders, Monitor targets and resolve Customer complaints regarding foreign matters. Monitoring the sales activities along with the profits & revenue.
Improvising on the loophole & maintaining data & providing data analytics
Planning inventory & built strong relationship with customers & partners.
Execute Operation regarding sales with team SBU-wise. Actively involved in driving RCA culture across quality, manufacturing, and maintenance function.
Worked on Project in which, Enhanced Dust collectors system of the Plant and Overall site Water Consumption Reduction.
Checking of BPCR and ECR log book.
Ensuring all Operation are according to SOP format & Using SAP.
Handling various Technical equipment’s like SSR, GLR, Dryer, Centrifuge and Filters.
Project on Energy Conservation and Cost Optimization at- AMAZIA VISION ENVIRONMENT PVT. LTD. (08/2021 - 05/2022) i) It is Plastic recycling company where in we worked on actual consumption of energy for the process and studied recommendation in ways we can conserve energy. Project on Fabrication of Experimental setup for flow behavior by Reynolds Number. (10/2019) ii) A setup was designed and fabricated to study and predict the behavior of fluid using experimental study of Reynolds number. The fluid was examined at different flow rates at different time interval Secured the highest rating against the Academic Performance FY 22-23 in all GET’s in Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd.
