· Receive and sort incoming materials and supplies.
· Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in a warehouse, supply room or other area.
· Process purchase requisitions and issue or distribute for internal usage.
· Maintain records of orders and the amount, kind and location of materials and supplies on hand using
manual and computerized inventory system.
· Prepare requisition orders to replenish stock and supplies.
· Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
· Input data into computerized databases, spreadsheets or other templates using a keyboard, mouse, or
optical scanner, speech recognition software or other data entry tools.
· Identify, label and organize electronic storage data.
· Co-ordination with Account Department for the processing of payments regarding issues.
· Ensure daily activities at the store & Maintain the store & displays clean all times.
· Preparation of GRN (Goods Received Note).
· Provide daily report & back up database, updates to project manager.
· Maintaining of Stock Register for Goods.
· Inward & Outward the Material & maintaining of stock register.
· General office duties such as answer telephone, take orders, send emails, ensure maintenance at
working place and maintain bills in ERP.
