o To ensure maximum availability of EL Scratch cards & Sim card sales in retail;
o Responsible for Market intelligence report of competition and report back to RSM
o Assigned and monitor targets of Primary and Secondary Sales.
o Responsible for the sale of MNP, postpaid and VAS.
o Responsible of easy paisa outlets on assigned territories.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

I launched easy load recharge method in four different cities of Pakistan. Namely, Islamabad/ Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Lahore/Sahiwal, Okara/ Depalpur/
- From scratch, we have built and organization which in form and operating ranks among the best in the Telenor system.
- We have taken the Telenor Brand from ‘nonexistent’ in 2005 to become the brand with the second highest equity in the industry. That is quite an achievement in one year. Today we are setting new standards for advertising, and stand clearly out from the pack. This is an excellent platform for the future.
- We have built a Sales and Distribution network, which is unique for the industry.
- We have a segmented product and brand mix. The segmentation is working for us, and we are unique in Pakistan and probably best in class in Telenor on this.
- We have successfully launched more than 650 cities and major roads in 19 months. That is a Pakistani and as far as I know, a Telenor record.
