Heading the L&D function for Risk Services India which was set up in Oct 2011 and is currently expanding.
⇨ Responsibility to conduct needs analysis, design, develop, implement and measure the effectiveness of state-of-the-art learning and development of product training and coaching programs.

⇨ Develop relationships with internal key stakeholders to ensure sponsorship of programs and alignment with current business needs
⇨ Deliver and evaluate innovative leadership development initiatives based on job performance competency models, 360° multi-rater feedback and experiential learning.
⇨ Select and manage external training partners, using vast knowledge of external resource availability as well as the ability to facilitate the customization and driving implementation of learning and development initiatives.

⇨ Conducting need identification followed by with the SPOC of the sub units by designing surveys, questionnaire, and focus group discussions etc.
⇨ Preparing Training Strategy document in consultation with Senior Manager.
⇨ Designing, Developing and Delivering soft skill training programs.
⇨ Designing agenda for the Training Programs with defined timelines.
⇨ Defining the operational plan for the Training Programs.
⇨ Developing innovative training curriculum followed by content development on a need basis as a part of organizational development initiative.

⇨ Troubleshooting queries emanating in WBL across Advisory function in EY India.
⇨ Played an integral role with my Senior Manager as a Change manager for integrating Learning and Development teams across service lines in EY India (Learning and Development operations team, Learning and Development Strategy team, Learning and Development Content team under one umbrella)
⇨ Attended a world class training in Amsterdam from 13 to 22 Sep 2013 (was the only one nominated from India L&D Team)

SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROJECT - 14 February to 23 May 2007
SIP with Ernst & Young Private Limited in their HR Department, New Delhi. The title of the project was "Recruitment & Selection in Ernst & Young". The major highlights during the course of the project were
• Preparing data base of CVs received with active scheduling, conducting Interviews until short listing by providing offer letters and disclosing package to the shortlisted candidate and managing their induction program.
• Participation in major CA recruitments drives launched by the company.
