Designed and Developed mapping from CCTV client software’s like HICKVISION, AV-TECH, HANGBANG, DAWA, etc
Corrected positions of the CCTV cameras to ensure all angles are covered by the cameras.
Assured that the machines of the CCTV are in good working condition.

Trained the staff who are assigned to operate the CCTV machines.

Adjust and replace defective or improperly circuitry and electronics components, using hand tools and soldering iron.

Strategy and planning:
Monitor and analyse trends in company spending and inventory control in order to make recommendations for future, and to identify areas of possible savings.
Develop, establish, implement and enforce supplier and out seller guidelines, obligations and service level agreements to the organisation.
Develop and implement all purchasing policies and procedures, including those for equipment, hardware, software and service provision, in conjunction with department leads and department-specific requirements.
Analyse trends and market conditions for the present and future pricing, availability, lead-time and capacity of goods and services.
Interview, identify and qualify potential new vendors or suppliers in order to secure more cost-effective sources of product and services.
Operation Management:
Direct and manage sourcing strategies from beginning to end.
Monitor vendor, service provider, outsourcer, and/or contractor performance to ensure quality of service.
Manage procurement team staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation and disciplinary actions.
Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communication with the organisation’s executives, department heads, and end users regarding pertinent sourcing activities.

Through my course i have learned the various core competency skills that engineers should possess in order to survive in a highly demanding and competitive market. i have learned what are essential ingredients needed for creating innovations in design and subsequent marketing process, also i learned a lot about project management. how engineers can be good managers and how beneficial it can be for an organization. apart form these learning i have also learned about financial management. and from my perspective this degree is a vital for a professional engineer in order to demonstrate his core competency and technical know-how.
my bachelors degree comprised of course modules related to electronics and telecommunication. in the electronic part it mostly comprised of the working of electronic devices, the mechanism that goes behind their operation and how to fabricate those electronic devices and mechanisms. in the telecommunication part it was related to how telecommunication process operates and the various devices and mechanisms that drives them. also to mention is that i have learned about the working of these engineering phenomenons and subsequent rectification if i is in the ambit of engineering sector.
