Designation: SENIOR CABIN CREW INCHARGE (PURSER)
JOB Description & Responsibilities:
• In charge of the cabin crew & cabin onboard.
• Attending pre-flight briefings.
• Ensuring all arrangements in place.
• Organizing Catering orders and Flight Details.
• Ensuring Passengers needs and expectations are met.
• Maintaining good Guest Relations with patrons.
• Ensuring the Passengers comfort wellbeing.
• Promoting the sale of duty-free products
• Coordinate functions and events.
• As a part of the safety team, my training includes: o Safety, Security and Emergency Procedures on Various type of Air Crafts. o Aviation Health, Including CPR, Medication, Advance First Aid.
• Providing Customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. This includes: o Presentation & delivery of food and beverage in a professional and timely manner. o Being an ambassador in keeping good guest relations. o Dealing with complaints, receiving suggestions and feedbacks. o Dealing with difficult passengers & situations politely but firmly.
• PERFORMING CABIN CREW SAFETY EVALUATION.
• Arrange travel for business and vacation customers. Determine customers' needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs.
• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips. Find fare and schedule information.
• Calculate total travel costs Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events, such as tours and excursions.
• Tell clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visas.
• Give advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions.
• Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip
Travel agents help travelers by sorting through vast amounts of information to
find the best possible travel arrangements.
• Visit destinations to get firsthand experience so that they can make
recommendations to clients or colleagues.
