Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
♣ Worked in technical collaboration with Italian Schnell Group. Participated in installation and commissioning of a steel Rebar factory. Designed, implemented and improved projects for the installation and testing of cutting and bending machines like line 300-500, Robomaster 45-60, Barwiser 22, Nextra 16, Prima 12 and manual benders. Guided project team over course of project and built project plans, taking budget and time parameters into account.
♣ Supervised production operations and planned and controlled production processes. Conducted meetings to communicate about status of projects to factory manager and sales coordinator.
♣ Inspected quality of finished products and ensured conformity with QA\QC specifications, prepared and modified production schedules. Delineated, implemented and modified (HSE) policies, programs and procedures and ensured compliance with workplace HSE legislation.
♣ Reviewed and evaluated performance of workers. Coordinated with management for successful and timely delivery of product. Recommended process improvement plans to senior management to keep costs in line with objectives.
♣ Determined project requirements and ensured timely job completion by managing equipment, machinery and manpower. Developed technical specifications, methods and processes and supplemented training process by guiding personnel.
♣ Enhanced operational efficiency by employing Time and Motion study. Minimized offcuts and scrap. prepared periodic reports and forecasted material and equipment demand

- Quality control and handling maintenance related tasks.
- Oversee planning, maintenance, and quality control of Railway aggregate plant.

- Conducting weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks and follow-ups of production equipment and maintenance to avoid unscheduled production stoppages.
