Project: Maple Leaf Cement Plant Line-III.
Client: Maple Leaf Cement Factory Ltd (MLCF).
Scope: The supply and setting up of engineering and equipment of complete cement plant from M/s. FLSmidth A/S Denmark. the Civil, Mechanical & Electrical construction works of Maple Leaf Cement Plant Line - 3, having a 7000 TPD capacity at Iskanderabad, which is one of the largest capacity cement plants in Pakistan.
Project: Gambat South Gas Processing Facility (GPF-III).
Client: Pakistan Petroleum Limited.
Scope: The scope of the project is Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of the Plant. Upon completion, this facility shall produce 60 MMSCFD of processed natural gas, 11 mt/day LPG and 1050 barrel /day of Condensate.
Project1: DG Khan Cement, Hub Baluchistan.
Client: DG Khan Cement
Scope: The plant of European origin. Pyro process is obtained from FLSmidth of Denmark. Cement Mills, Coal Mills and Raw Mills are planned from Loesche GMBH of Germany. Packing Plant also from German Haver & Boecker. The constructing of new plant for DG khan cement a renowned cement producer in Pakistan, the capacity of new plant is 9000TPD and is one of the largest cement plant in Pakistan. Scope of work comprises of complete mechanical and electrical works.
Project2: Nashpa OGDCL Gas.
Client: HPB China.
Scope: The execution of Civil, Mechanical and Electrical & Instrumentation works at Nashpa Gas processing and LPG recovery project. Present strength of manpower at projects is more than 800 works for the construction of Concrete, Buildings, Roads, Structural and piping works, tanks and equipments erection and Electrical & instrumentation works.
Project3: Maramzai-03 & 04, Makori East-04 & 05, Mardankhel-01 & 02 wellhead Surface Facilities and Mardankhel-1 tie-in works at Makori GPF & Manzalai CPF Project.
Client: MOL Pakistan Oil & Gas Company B.V
Scope: The scope of the project is Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Construction (EPC) of the six well head surface facilities and two wellhead tie-in works.
Project4: UEP Naimat Phase V Project.
Client: United Energy Pakistan
Scope: The scope of the project is mechanical works including Sandblasting & Painting and Grouting. Power Generation works including cable laying, Panel installation, Cable Tray & Earthing Works. E&I Works at completion 160 MMcfd processing capacity.
Project5: Engro LNG Terminal .
Client: Engro Corporation Limited.
Scope: Pakistan’s first LNG terminal. Zealcon’s Scope included EPC and Commissioning support services for Civil works, Equipments & Piping Installation, Electrical & Instrumentation Works, Up-gradation of Electrical Power Network, Commissioning Support. The project was completed in record time of 22 weeks

Scope: The project comprises a 42” pipe line, Gas receiving station and combined cycle co-generation power plant (Phase-1) having five(5) Blocks of combined cycle Units, each block in 2 GTG+2HRSG+1 STG configuration and One block of Simple cycle with 2 GTG units, with a plant capacity of 2, 700MW. The scope of the project is mechanical works including Equipment Installation, Piping, Steel Structure, Sandblasting & Painting and Grouting.
Shut-down/Turnaround: Ammonia Plant
Client: Maaden Saudi Arabia Mining Co., Saudi Arabia
Scope: Maaden Phosphate Co. will shut down its ammonia plant at Ras Al Khair for a 14-days repair and maintenance period.
Project1: Muridke 234 MW CC Power Plan
Client: Sapphire Electric Company (Pvt.) Ltd.
Scope: With a combined cycle power plant capacity of 234 MW. The scope of the project is completed Electro-Mechanical Works.
Project2: Guddu 747 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant
Client: Harbin Power Engineering China.
Scope: AEPL is a strategic partner with Harbin Engineering, China for projects in Pakistan and working with them as Contractor for Electro-Mechanical Scope at the ongoing 747 MW CCPP Guddu. The Project will be commissioned fully in end 2014 and will be the most efficient CCPP in Pakistan, based on GE 9FA Gas Turbines.
Shut-down/Turnaround: 2402 MW Thermal Power Station Guddu for WAPDA, Pakistan (AEPL)
Client: WAPDA, Pakistan
Scope: AEPL is a strategic partner with GE, USA for power plant turnaround in Pakistan and working with them as Contractor for repair and maintenance of gas turbines, heat recovery steam generators and steam turbine.
Project: Bestway Cement Farooqia.
Client: Bestway Cement Limited.
Scope: The design & supply by KHD Germany/Upgrade by FLS Denmark, The scope of the project is mechanical works including fabrication and erection of crusher, Pre-heater, Kiln, Cooler and Cement mill areas.
