During my past role, my responsibilities are as follows:
•Ensuring the product produced is as per the quality standards of the company which includes total quality review throughout the production and packing stages.
•Performing on-going quality control checks during each production process till the time the product is fully packed and making sure the products which are not in conformity with the approved standards are being dropped from further processing.
•Ensuring the plant is producing cakes in a hygienic environment.
•Ensuring the recipe control and recipe raw material checks as per standard.
•Performing quality checks over the raw materials before they are provided to the production department.
•Waste management. I am responsible for proper disposing-off the waste materials including the rejected products as per the company quality control policies.
•I am overall responsible for all quality related issues in three plants and am directly reporting to Quality Control Manager of the company. This requires me to effectively manage a quality control team of ten members and the review of their testing performed on daily basis.

During my past role my responsibilities are as follows:
•Day to day management of three branches of KFC in Karachi including handling of the overall administrative and operational issues.
•Making sure the products sold and prepared were as per the approved quality standards.
•Performing quality reviews on daily basis with regards to food quality in-house and hospitality related issues with external customers.
•Approving the quality of the items before receiving them at the branch after performing checks over the stocks.
•Taking care of inventory levels and disposal of expired items as per the quality control instruction from the head office.
•Generating daily sales and procurement report to be submitted to head office. I was directly reporting to the Area Operation Manager of KFC in Karachi.
•I was involved in all kinds of operational decision making process with respect to the promotional activities which KFC Pakistan launched in Karachi.
Other experience
•Worked as Guest Relation Officer for BAHRAIN & SAUDI DELEGATES in Expo Pakistan during IDEAS 2006 and 2007.
•Worked in marketing at Granton International for 2 months.
