Major Duties included administration of office.
Contact center operations, photocopying, scanning, emailing, faxing and printing services.
Purchase and keeping record of stock inventory.
Employee attendance and leave/shift management.

Managerial and Supervisory Tasks
General management of the office and employees and their task assignments and their leaves and benefits
Manage and Supervise the Academic Support Help Desk with four Help Desk Assistants for day to day support services
Duty of protocol officer on Yearly Convocations of the University and managing other functions

Secretarial Tasks
Formatting and printing of all forms and documents used by the department.
Doing all correspondence including emails and postal mail.
Liaise with other departmental heads
Preparing of and presentation of reports weekly, monthly and annually.
Preparing of Academic calendar for the whole year and its implementation

Support Tasks
Attending to students, parents and other visitor and providing them necessary information related to current and prospective students.
Provision of technical support to faculty and other staff (Usage of registration system, windows OS and help in telephonic trouble shooting. IT related and organization rules and regulation related support provided.
Telephonic queries from students, parents and other stakeholders (on helpdesk and telephone).
Provision of information (admissions, registration, fees and other procedures followed in the organization) to students, parents and other stake holder on phone or in person

IT Tasks
Time to time hardware and network troubleshooting when required
