•Respond to general HR related enquiries from both internal staff and external employees in a professional manner.
•Preparing Job offer mentioning the salary break, annual leave, sick leave, Notice of termination or resignation.
•Preparing letters like: experience certificate, termination letter, NOC for driving license, employee confirmation letter, acceptance letter, acknowledgement letter.
•Preparing salary slip as requested by the employee.
•Preparing the timesheet summary of employees based on the hours worked per month.
•Assisting the candidate from signing the Job Offer till the visa cancellation papers have been received by the candidate.
•Ensure to provide documents needed by the PR Department to initiate the employment visa process or visa cancellation process.
•Assisting the employee through his medical and the entire visa process.
•Maintain employee personnel files to ensure completeness and legal compliance
•Maintain accurate attendance records by monitoring all leave applications that are needed for payroll generation.
•Ensure the HR Database accurately reflects current staff conditions and details.
•Assist in the preparation of all payroll transactions needed for the monthly payroll run and submitted to the Payroll Officer, such as; change of salary, deductions, overtime payments, incentives.
•Assisting in the preparation of End of Service Benefits.
•Account Management and Employee Relations for the key accounts: WASL, RTA, MOL - (Ministry of Labor) & IACAD - (Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities). Handling more than 200 employees.
•Conducting monthly surveys with employees to understand the level of employee’s satisfaction and grievance.
•Hotel and ticket bookings for employees travelling from outside UAE.

As a Recruitment Executive I have been responsible for the below:
•Understanding the job description and searching for relevant candidates.
•Coordinating with the clients on a daily basis to fulfill their requirements and get new business.
•Creating a pool of CV to strengthen the database.
•Understanding the requirement and sourcing relevant profiles through Bullhorn and Job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and Bayt).
•Advertising positions on portals.
•Inviting candidates for a face to face interview and short listing the candidates based on the job requirement.
•Make necessary amendments in the candidature before forwarding the CV to the client.
•Scheduling the interviews for the candidates based on the clients availability.
•Following up with the client to know the feedback about the interviews.
•Notifying the candidate on his selection for a particular vacancy.
•Preparing and issuing the offer letter to the candidate.
•Assisting the candidate during the signing of the offer letter and creating a good rapport.
•Following up with the candidate on the submission of his cancellation documents in order to start the visa process.
