Preparing and updating country security strategy, providing security briefings to expats and new staff members. Advising Country Director in selecting of new sites and training venues. Managing travels of staff members in line with RedR UK guidelines. Conduct field based situation, risk and training need assessment. Deliver trainings and liaise with INGOs for their training needs. Support and assist training team for course monitoring and evaluation processes. Updating staff on current regional issues and suggesting mitigating measures.
