• Get approve all MEP and Commissioning schedules.
• Review the design and verify the load, Pressure calculations and prepared BOQ.
• Help the draughtsman preparing the shop drawings.
• Supervise MEP subcontracting strategies and originate Scopes of Work for MEP bid packages and equipment.
• Submit the shop drawings to Mechanical Consultant for review and approval.
• Ensure all shop drawings for all disciplines such as HVAC, FIRE FIGHTING, PLUMBING, ELEVATOR should get approved.
• Ensure all the materials are available and approved from the consultant and quality controller.
• Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, electrical supply, ladder, scaffolding and all materials are available for installation
• Coordinate among all disciplines and ensure site clearance from Civil engineer
• Arrange the sufficient manpower such as Foreman, Duct fitter, pipe fitter, electrician, Assistant and technicians.
• Ensure all of them attended safety orientation and having proper PPE’s prior start installation activities at site.
• Provide approved MEP (HVAC, PLUMBING, FIRE FIGHTING, FIRE ALARM, ELEVATOR, shop drawings and also coordinate drawings to site foreman and inform them to shift the required approved materials from ware house to site and arrange materials in advance to avoid progress delay.
• Coordinate with contractor for Roof Top packaged units, split type, ducted split type air conditioning.
• Facilitate problem solving with MEP subcontractors during construction.
• Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing and Specification and get daily progress report from site foreman and update to project director.
• Preparing relevant documents to conducts inspection for completed activates, work inspection reports, materials request, request for information (RFP), shop drawings submittals materials submittals testing and commissioning reports.
• Assist the Project director during preparation of final test reports, as build drawings Operation & Maintenance manual and handing over the project to client
Project evaluation, Planning and scheduling of MEP works
• Review the design and verify the load and Pressure calculations and prepared BOQ
• Handle the material requirements of the project, PO, RFQ, etc.
• Preparing all project-related technical documents
• Help the draughtsman preparing the shop drawings
• To evaluate new existing suppliers and negotiates a purchase agreement with them
• Supervise MEP subcontracting strategies and originate Scopes of Work for MEP bid packages and equipment

Ensure timely completion of projects track progress report fix milestone
• Major Clients: NAVAL BASE, SAUDI ARAMCO
• Ensure all the materials are available and approved from the consultant and quality controller
• Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, electrical supply, ladder, scaffolding, and all materials are available
for installation
• Coordinate among all disciplines and ensure site clearance from Civil engineer

• In-charge for the MEP works, installation, and pipe laying of Fiberglass Reinforced Thermosetting Pipes (RTR) for firewater and oil water lines including all of its metallic connections and fittings
as per detailed drawing.
• Supervises and monitors the scope of work in accordance with the project schedule, specifications and requirements.
• Material inspection as per approved material submittal
• Check the method of statement for duct installation.
• Prepares daily progress report and documents to assist project monitoring, highlights any delays due to unavailability of manpower, materials, drawings or technical documents.
• Assign pipe fitters, Duct fitters and technicians on a specific work to meet construction work load.
• Prepares materials take-off as per installation details.
• Conducts Hydro test and Gravity Leak Test of pipeline for the final approval of Quality Control for LARSEN & TOUBRO.
Ensure all the MEP work, Air conditioning system, Plumbing and fire fighting is working properly
• Coordinate with contractor for Roof Top packaged units, split type, ducted split type air conditioning.
• Ensure that all the staff have completed the fire training (at least twice in a year).
• Regularly check all the store (including FC counters) for any fire related issues & the FEs are as per the Fire
Norms.
• Ensure, that the store should get rid of any combustible materials,
• Regularly check all the areas of the Mall & ensure all the areas and the STs are clear from any Fire related issues,
• Check all the fixed & portable Fire fighting installations/equipments & ensure all are in working condition & are
as per the norms.
• Prepared all the records updated and ready for any surprise audit/Inspection.
• Conduct Mock Drill, once in a month, to ensure the Fire Marshals & security team are well aware with the
procedures & are reporting to the emergency, well within time & further ensure the Fire alarms are in working
condition.
• Conduct a Full Scale Fire Drill with evacuation, in coordination with all the occupants of the Mall and the Fire
Department, at least, once a year.
Has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
