- Accountable for the end to end delivery of a multi-dimensional data warehouse for the B2B business; managing a budget in excess of £5 million, a varied team of 40 across 3 main locations
- Previous roles included the project management of organizational design change projects for 8 months

Role: Started off as a consultant and then moved to Project Manager and was assigned to various client projects:

a) Jun 2008 - May 2009
Role: Asset Reuse Industrialization Project Lead
- Managed a global team of 25 spread across 8 locations and often with direct partner exposure
- Put together a set of processes, tools, and re-usable components to be used within all delivery centres thus leading to an industrialized approach of creating software and to a reduction in delivery effort and time
- Worked closely with the top 5 Delivery Centres and consolidated all their best practices into the above work thus spreading the best practices globally to all 35 Delivery Centres
- Developed and executed a global roll-out and communication plan for the project, changing the way the centres build software solutions

b)Feb 2008 - Jun 2008
Role: Infrastructure Manager
- Acted as a subject matter expert and key point of contact to the client on the data centre consolidation project
- Put together delivery estimates and timescales for the development of a Microsoft based solution that led to the client accepting the proposal and going ahead with the project
- Covered for senior manager for a 3-week period, which included attending a meeting with the client’s CEO. Senior manager received very positive feedback from client regarding my performance during his absence.

c) Jul 2007 - Jan 2008
Role: Deployment Project Manager
- Created and executed a detailed deployment plan for a new critical event notification tool (AlarmPoint)
- Developed the Support Model for AlarmPoint resulting in clear roles and responsibilities during the handling of support calls
- Managed stakeholder expectations through various communication streams
- Led the creation of all user guides and processes, and successfully received sign-off from the stakeholders
- Conducted various training sessions for all 30 call centre staff members before go-live ensuring sufficient product knowledge

d) Nov 2006 - July 2007
Role: Business Process Improvement Lead
- Led a team of 12 resources working on a business process optimization project for the company to enable the successful selling, delivering and operation of a new product
- Created a standard work approach document, including all templates and processes to be used by the team
- Maintained a good client relationship and satisfaction across the different business areas
- Put in place a service introduction plan to ensure a smooth implementation of the new ITIL processes and a straightforward transition from old to new processes
- Handled all financial ledgers of the project and ensured that the project was kept on budget
- Coordinated the scheduling of resources - training, team holidays, and availability on client sites

e)May 2006 - Oct 2006
Role: Functional Design Team Lead
- Led the functional design team for the makeover of RSA’s main web application
- Worked with 3rd party resources (Microsoft Contractors) ensuring the design is completed on time and budget
- Coordinated with offshore Accenture team to make certain project dependencies are captured and handled appropriately resulting in a timely delivery of the project

f) Aug 2005 - Apr 2006
Role: Infrastructure Project Manager
- Managed the delivery of 2 infrastructure projects on time and budget and to the client’s expectations
- Coordinated the work of 3rd party resources (IBM, BlueCoat)
- Supported efforts to identify new business

g) Sep 2004 - Jun 2005
Role: Cutover Consultant
- Performed a system landscape analysis (more than 50 systems) enabling the appropriate integration of systems with the new SAP solution being implemented by Accenture
- Co-ordinated an SAP - XP Regression Test Phase ensuring the successful upgrade of all customer service staff PCs
- Managed the deployment of a custom-built system resulting in a fully working solution overnight and without any interruption to business activities
