Managing all processes and functions within a busy store
-Making requisition for all items through ERP
-Receiving of goods from suppliers(fresh items) and Central Store
-Monitoring sub ordinate in issuance of items for different sections
-Cross Checking the freezers and chillers temperature
-Preparing timesheets and staff updates
-Responsible for the store security and accountability.
-Preparing and maintaining store and QHSE documents
-Submitting month end report to base office after physical inventory.
-Analyzing and keeping the cost within budget without any adjustment in the
food quality.
-Maintaining a separate section for receiving and issuance of Amwaj Café items
-Scheduling work and rotas to meet fluctuations in staffing levels and workload
-Working with team leaders to review procedures and maximize customer satisfaction
Making requisition for all items
-Receiving of goods from suppliers directly on daily basis.
-Making cost report based on daily sales and weekly events and parties.
-Producing incidents and performance reports for store manager,
Coordinating racking and storing
-Maintaining high standards of material handling
-Making sure all deliveries of the issued item are carried out in time.
-Receiving of goods from the suppliers along with store in charge.
-Feeding vital information of goods related to short supply, expiry to immediate senior
