● Implementation of environmental plans, procedures & standards to ensure that company’s operations are in compliance with regulations/standards & have minimal impact on the environment.

● Plans budget for new environment related studies & projects. Monitoring of budget for section’s studies and project and strict control over expenditure.

Worked at various levels for more than 21 years with Engineers India Limited (EIL), premier engineering & EPC firm providing services to Refineries, Oil and Gas (Onshore and offshore), Gas processing Facilities, Power sector, Pipelines, Petrochemical & Non ferrous Industry.
Work Profile in EIL: Support to Projects in the Field of Env. besides executing independent projects like HSEIA study, WWTP design, Environment Audit, Solid/Hazardous Waste Management and Environment Related Studies. The responsibilities in EIL included:
Design & Project Management of Utilities like Waste Water, Raw Water and DM Water Treatment Plants, Condensate Polishing Systems, Solid and Hazardous Waste Disposal Systems for refinery, petrochemicals & Offshore & Onshore.
Support services to Divisional Documentation Committee in preparing/revising/updating the relevant work instructions/Procedure/Guidelines for various activities.
Supervision & approvals of work executed by environment team as Lead Engineer & Group Leader.
HSEIA Studies including preparation of Environment Management & Monitoring Plans.
Air Quality Modeling using different models. Air quality management (dispersion of flare gas and other off gas)
Preparation of environmental documents in compliance with local regulatory standards of India, international guidelines (e.g. World Bank/IFC/ADB/WHO) & specific guidelines of overseas clients (like ADNOC, JAFZA & Dubai Municipality).
Participation in public hearing for environmental clearance of project.
