•Process Implementation : Process Implementation: Automation, SAP implementation, In house Audit and best practices were all implemented resulting 2% less Manpower compared to the previous year.
•Special Projects : Many special projects ( like low Opex sites, innovative delivery models, sharing of existing infrastructures)focused to achieve company focused objectives were undertaken and accomplished in set time.
