Handling Quality with client appreciation (Conducting the relevant tests on Transformers, Control Panels, HT LT Cables, and GI Flat for earthing and Etc.).
Handling erection of motors, Controls & Switchgear, MCC, PCC panels, HT panel, HT motor feeders and accountable in managing control wiring and interlocking circuits.
Testing of NGR where the CT Insulation Resistance test, Ratio Test, winding resistance test, Knee point voltage test and primary and secondary injection.
Also looked after erection and commissioning of various equipment such as of distribution transformers, their panels, HT Motors and their Panels.
Supervision for Instrumentation cable laying and termination as per cable schedule and wiring diagrame, conduit, junction box, meggering and continuity, Instruments Stanchion and grounding of instruments, glanding and termination.
Installation of Marshaling panel, DCS Panel, Power distribution panel, etc.
Preparing of cable schedule after study of termination details vender drawing and cable specification.
To regulate all the safety procedure during work process according to safety procedure.
Supervision for installation of cable tray, conduit, junction box, cable puling glanding and terminating.
Preparation of daily/monthly progress report.
Involve in reconciliation of material and close to site.
Erection of tray job for cabling
Power sockets & welding sockets instillation and glanding and terininations.
Cable terminations at equipment and panels.
Installation of Outdoor & indoor lighting system
Supervision of HV and LV cable routing & laying.
